MGM Locksmith
Privacy and cookie choices
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This notice explains how MGM Locksmith handles information submitted through this website and how the optional OpenAI advertising-measurement setting works.
Service requests and direct contact
The ordinary service-request form sends the name, phone number, optional email address, and message you enter to MGM Locksmith for dispatch or service follow-up. This handling is independent of optional advertising measurement.
Please do not include passwords, access codes, payment information, or other sensitive information in a request. MGM retains request information only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations; this does not promise immediate deletion of every record.
Optional setting
OpenAI advertising measurement
OpenAI advertising measurement is optional and is off for new visitors. Only after you explicitly allow advertising measurement and matching, this site may use the official OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, Pixel ID 4T3HZqUG77XUNVxBgYaHpj, through the official SDK.
Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled for MGM's OpenAI Pixel. After your permission, the official SDK can detect supported customer information entered on the website, normalize it and hash it in your browser using SHA-256. It can include those hashed identifiers with conversion events to match responses to ads. Raw customer information is not sent to OpenAI through automatic advanced matching. Hashed identifiers can still be used for matching and are not anonymous.
If measurement is eligible and you opt in, a phone_click event may record a click on a telephone link. It indicates dialing intent only; it does not confirm that a call connected or occurred. The standard lead_created event is sent only after a service-request lead has been stored successfully.
The website does not manually add customer matching data to Pixel initialization or event calls, but the official SDK may automatically include supported contact-information hashes after consent. Before permission, after withdrawal, or when GPC or Do Not Track is active, optional measurement remains off. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not itself erase information already transmitted.
Read OpenAI's measurement-pixel documentation and Privacy Policy for its information practices.
Your control
Cookie choices
The consent control presents Allow, Reject, and Manage with equal prominence. You can change this optional advertising choice at any time. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or a browser Do Not Track signal forces this optional measurement off.
Rejecting or withdrawing this optional choice does not disable account-necessary cookies, where applicable, or cookies needed for ordinary site operation.
Cookies and stored preferences
When the relevant URL parameter is captured, the attribution cookie __oppref may be set or reset for 30 days. The attribution cookie __obref has a fixed 365-day period from creation. Both are removed when you withdraw consent.
The official SDK may use its preference __oaiq_consent. This site also stores mgm_openai_measurement_consent and a consent-choice record containing a version and timestamp. These preference records are not used for advertising. The consent choice expires after 180 days, after which the site asks again. Earlier permission that excluded contact matching is not reused: the site asks for a fresh choice under this notice. An earlier valid rejection remains rejected. Your browser can clear cookies or local storage sooner.
